Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center offers various programs and services to encourage your children to be active and have fun! 

Kids Run Arkansas®

Kids Run Arkansas® returns on Friday, April 17 at 6:00 pm for an evening focused on fun, fitness, and family participation. The event is presented by Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center, with Groovy Smiles Pediatric Dentistry serving as the title sponsor.

This inclusive community event is open to children of all ages and their families. There is no chip timing—Kids Run Arkansas® is designed to encourage participation, movement, and enjoyment for everyone.

Event options include: 3-Mile Run/Walk and Reggie’s Rush, a ½-mile race created to safely engage younger children in physical activity.

In addition to promoting health and wellness, Kids Run Arkansas® recognizes schools with the highest participation rates by awarding scholarships to support physical education programs. Over the past 17 years, nearly $90,000 in scholarships have been awarded.

Conway Crocs Swim Team (Ages 5 - 18)

Enrollment for the 2026 Conway Crocs season will open on Tuesday, April 14! The swim team is open to participants ages 5 – 18 and offers an excellent way for your child to stay active in the summer and learn the value of sportsmanship. Coach Chris Brynell leads Conway Crocs, and they will compete against other swim teams in central Arkansas.

  • Members | $140 Premium Enrollment (with swimsuit) or $90 Standard Enrollment
  • Non-members | $185 Premium Enrollment (with swimsuit) or $135 Standard Enrollment

Both the premium and standard enrollment fees include a swim cap if registered before the deadline, and premium enrollment is required for all NEW Crocs participants. We also offer a family discount of $10 for each additional child registered. Register your child by May 12 to avoid a late fee charge of $25.

New participants must pass a swim test before registering for the team. Swim tests will be offered Wednesday, April 15 at 5:00 pm | Monday, April 20 at 5:00 pm | Tuesday, April 21 at 6:00 pm. Please email Chris Brynell, head coach, to schedule your child’s swim test at [email protected].

Swimsuit Try-Ons will be offered April 15 and May 6 at 6:00 pm in the pool area, and a parent meeting will be held on Monday, May 11, at 6:00 pm in the HFC classroom. Swim team practice will begin Tuesday, May 26, and will be held Monday through Thursday from 6:45 to 8:45 pm and Friday from 6:15 to 7:45 pm

Youth Fitness Camp (Ages 6 - 10)

From active play to health education, this camp keeps kids moving, learning, and loving every minute! Each day is packed with movement, games, and fun that helps kids build coordination, balance, and confidence in their fitness journey.

Kids Triathlon Training (Ages 6 - 15)

Help your child prepare for triathlon season with expert coaching, structured training, and a supportive team environment. HFC’s Kids Triathlon Programs focus on building endurance, improving technique, and developing confident transitions — all while keeping training fun and age-appropriate.

Complete Race-Prep Program | This comprehensive program builds endurance and transition skills to help young athletes feel confident and race-ready. Includes 6 weeks of team training, a 2-week transition camp, plus a team tee and swim cap.

Transition Camp | Designed for athletes who want to sharpen their race-day performance, this camp focuses on efficient transitions and confidence moving between events.

Youth Sports Performance Training (Ages 7 - 11+)

Boost Your Child's Athletic Performance with our Youth Sports Training Program!

Designed for kids ages 7 and up, this dynamic program is led by Erika Setzler, MS, ACSM-CPT, human performance program manager and former collegiate runner/USA Triathlete team member. Whether your child is new to sports or looking to elevate their skills, this program will provide them with the tools to succeed!
