We’re joining the nationwide celebration of National Women’s Health & Fitness Day — and you’re invited! This special day is all about movement, education, and community as we honor the power of women prioritizing their health and well-being.

🧘 Rise & Align Yoga | 6:05 am | 40 minutes | with Amanda Castillo
A beginner-friendly yoga flow to center, stretch, and energize. (Day passes available for non-members!)
🎤 Power Hour Panel: Strong Women, Stronger Together | 12:00 pm
Real talk on women’s strength, hormones, and health featuring:
