Intro to Indoor Cycling Ride | Saturday, September 30 | 2:00 pm
Don’t worry, it’s perfectly normal to feel a little anxious before trying something new! Amanda Castillo will take you through everything you need to know, and expect, while attending an indoor cycling class. This intro class will cover personalizing your bike settings (seat height, distance from handlebars, etc.), a review of basic bike operation and answer any questions you may have. Biketoberfest Kick-Off Ride | Sunday, October 1 | 2:00 pm
Join us for a high-energy, indoor cycling kick-off ride for all levels! All participants are invited to meet after the ride to celebrate with delicious food at The Rogue Roundabout. Participating cyclists will receive a charcuterie box and beverage. Click here to register!

Women’s Ride + Yoga | Sunday, October 8 | 1:00 pm | Plan brunch with a few girlfriends and then, meet up with other women at Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center. This all-women’s ride will celebrate body positivity and the women’s health movement! After the ride, enjoy yoga with Lori Isom at 2:00 pm. Click here to register!

Come ready to lose yourself in Latin-inspired music and sweat all your stress away! This indoor cycling class will end with a meet up after the ride at Caldwell Toyota for Tacos. Click here to register!
