The Conway Regional Health Foundation has awarded 18 Director Grants totaling $81,345, investing directly in the needs of our health system, community, and employees. These grants empower Conway Regional leaders to implement forward-thinking projects that elevate patient care, strengthen team development, and enhance the overall care experience across the region.

Director Grants provide our leadership team with an opportunity to identify meaningful needs within their departments and bring creative solutions to life. Whether through new equipment, enhanced technology, workforce development resources, or community outreach tools, each funded project reflects our shared commitment to delivering exceptional care close to home.

This year’s awarded projects represent a diverse range of initiatives, including upgrades that streamline patient services, innovative tools that support clinical teams, resources that promote staff well-being, and outreach efforts that extend Conway Regional’s mission beyond hospital walls. Together, these grants demonstrate how philanthropy, combined with frontline leadership, drives real, immediate impact across our health system.

Almost $13,000 in grants were awarded for cardiac rehab, neonatal intensive care therapy, Greenbrier Therapy Center, and Scherman Heights Therapy Center.

Nearly $12,000 in grants were awarded for the 4 North and 4 South inpatient units.  Almost $6,700 was awarded for the Conway Regional Health and Fitness Center's Flexibility for Life Program. The Conway Regional Home Health department received two grants totaling more than $5,200 for patient programs. More than $10,000 in grants were awarded for needed equipment in Surgical Services. More than $9,000 in grants were awarded for purchase of equipment in ICU and the ICU Step Down Unit. A $2,700 grant was awarded to the Neurology Clinic for a purchase supporting patients with migraines.   A grant for $10,000 was awarded to Dardanelle Regional Respiratory Therapy Department for purchase of  updated equipment. More than $3,500 was awarded to the Conway Regional Nursery for staff training. A grant for $6,700 was awarded for a new patient exam bed at Mayflower Medical Clinic.
