Applications Being Taken for Mini MASH Program

"The idea behind the Mini MASH program is to give high school students a glimpse of what a healthcare career can be like." - Lori Reynolds, RN, Mini MASH co-coordinator.

In partnership with UAMS and Farm Bureau, Conway Regional Health System will offer a week-long healthcare immersion opportunity for high school students entering the 11th and 12th grades. 

The Mini MASH (Medical Applications of Science for Health) program will occur at Conway Regional Medical Center June 24-28, 2024.    

"The idea behind the Mini MASH program is to give high school students a glimpse of what a healthcare career can be like. Whenever possible, we try to provide hands-on learning opportunities, such as suturing and dissection," said Lori Reynolds, RN, Oncology Outreach Coordinator. "We want them to walk away with a strong impression of whether healthcare is for them," said Trista Sneed, Central Sterile Manager. 

free program will be offered to 24 students based on applications submitted through the website link below.
